Player Bio's

Lee-sha Du Toit
On court, I’m a smart, strategic player who thrives on reading the game and making the right decisions under pressure. This is my 7th year playing provincial action netball, and I had the honour of representing the SAINF in 2023 in the Mixed U19 category. This year, I’m proudly touring with the U23 Mixed team and the Open Ladies A team, and I serve as co-captain of the U23 Mixed side. My team means everything to me. They’re more than teammates — they’re family — and every time I step onto the court, I give my all for them.

Christine Facius
On court, I’m a runner — speed and agility are my biggest strengths as a netball player. My team is my family, and they bring out the best in me every time I step on the court. I’m bubbly, outspoken, and might look tough, but deep down I’m a total softy. Proud to be one of seven players from my team selected for the SA side, this will be my 4th time being selected to represent SAINF and my 14th time playing provincially. Im the co-captain of our u23 mixed team, and I’m beyond excited to show what we’ve got at IPT’s 2026!

Isabella Ingram
On court, I’m a goal shooter and defender who stays calm under pressure and focuses on making smart decisions when it matters most. I’ve been playing provincially for five years and am proud to have been selected for the U23 SA Ladies team who will be touring this year. I’m loud and bubbly by nature, but when it’s time to work, I lock in and give everything to the game. This year is especially meaningful to me as it’s my first year playing for WCC, and in just five months this team has become more than family. They mean the world to me, and every time I step onto the court, I play with heart, purpose, and complete commitment to every single one of them.

Tebogo Mokgwetsi
On court I’m quiet, focused and looking at the next best things I can offer to my team. This is my 1st ever provincial selection which I’m ever more excited and nervous. This will be my 3rd ever year playing netball. I like to read games, be committed and a vocal person on court once I’m comfortable to my settings. I will be having the honours to play with a fantastic team of people than players on our 2026 tour with the U23 Mixed team. I’m a down to Earth guys, with an adaptive personality, a friendly competitive player in the sports I play. I used to only play men division sports such as rugby and football but thanks to playing netball I’ve also had the opportunity to grow my level of adaptability and knowledge to give my all to the very last hurdle. I can’t wait for this year’s IPT’s and to show really how great we are.

Dylan Saayman
I’m still new to netball, but my journey has moved faster than I ever imagined. What started as a casual netball game in 2024 quickly became a genuine passion and a space where I discovered a new side of myself. One of my biggest assets on court is my elevation. My ability to jump high and compete above the contest allows me to challenge my opponents, creates opportunities, and make an impact in crucial moments. This August, I’ll have the incredible privilege of representing the U19 Mixed SA team at the World Cup. I’m proud of how far I’ve come in such a short time, and I’m excited to keep pushing my limits and embracing everything this sport has to offer.
